If you want to grow your major accounts, then your CEO needs to meet with your major clients on a regular basis. This needs to be coordinated by the KAM for each account.

This is the best form of social media that you can have, which is face-to -face. The CEO would naturally meet with the CEO of your major accounts. This helps build that necessary relationship for growing your major accounts.
