HOW TO DOUBLE YOUR BUSINESS THIS YEAR

Did you know that there are only three ways for you to grow your business?

The three ways are;
1.    You increase the number of customers you have.
2.    You increase your prices.
3.    You increase the number of times a customer buys from you per year.

That’s it. Sounds simple doesn’t it. The real key is that if you look at this from a numbers perspective, you will see that you can double your business just by raising each of these factors by 25%.

Let’s look at the formula. Suppose you have 100 customers, and each one buys 2 items from you a year for a unit price of 10.

Your revenue stream for that year is 100*2*10=2,000

Now, let’s look at what happens when you increase each of these factors by only 10%.

Your formula then reads 110*2.2*11=2,662. The percentage increase is 2662/2000*100=133% increase.

WOW. Isn’t that incredible? Just by increasing each of these factors by 10%, you achieve a 33% increase in revenues.

Now, let’s look at what happens when you increase each of these factors by 25%.

Your formula then reads 125*2.2*12.5=3,906. The percentage increase is 3906/2000*100=195%. You have doubled your revenue stream simply by increasing each factor by 25%.
